Customer Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities
• Present products and clearly explain features and benefits
• Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions
• Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales
• Prepare and submit sales reports and market/competitor updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field (preferred)

• Open to fresh graduates and entry-level applicants

• With at least 6 months of sales experience is an advantage

• Willing to learn sales strategies and product knowledge

• Analytical thinking and strategic approach to sales
• Negotiation and closing skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting is a plus
