About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative to handle an international account, assist customers, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, process orders, follow up on transactions, and build strong relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist international customers with product inquiries, recommendations, orders, and concerns
✔ Promote products and services to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
✔ Handle inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
✔ Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records
✔ Follow up on orders and provide timely updates
✔ Resolve customer concerns professionally and coordinate with relevant teams
✔ Identify opportunities for additional sales and upselling
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented, confident, and customer-focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Willing to work in a target-driven environment
• Comfortable assisting and communicating with international customers
