Customer Sales Representative

Lavvore Marketing is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representative in the Keizer and Salem, Oregon area.

If you enjoy interacting with customers, are interested in wireless technology, and want an opportunity to develop professionally, this position could be a great fit. Sales experience is not required. Our team provides paid training and ongoing coaching to give you the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.

Role Overview

In this customer-facing position, you'll help shoppers explore wireless devices, plans, and services based on their individual needs. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent service, learning current AT&T offerings, and helping create a positive experience for every customer who visits the store.

Key Duties

• Engage with customers and determine how you can best assist them
• Explain available wireless devices, plans, features, and promotions
• Recommend products and services based on customer preferences and requirements
• Provide assistance with general account and service questions
• Deliver a professional and welcoming customer experience
• Work toward personal and team sales objectives
• Keep up with product changes, promotions, and company updates
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing development
• Help with store organization and other daily operational tasks
• Work cooperatively with teammates to create a positive retail environment

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role. Because retail schedules can vary, applicants should be available for evening shifts, weekends, and busier shopping periods when needed.
