Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM** About the Role IMC Certifications is looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join our Karachi team. The role focuses on engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information about certification programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable certification programs.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.

Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.

Achieve individual and team sales and enrollment targets.

Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams to support the enrollment process.

Follow established sales processes and maintain consistent follow-up.

Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Education Sales, EdTech, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

Experience in lead follow-up and sales conversion.

Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

Basic CRM knowledge is an advantage.

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
