About the Role

WBM Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer sales representative (international campaign) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, chats, and social media.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions professionally.
• Process and follow up on customer orders and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and delivery.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
• Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, call center, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and MS Office skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism.
• Willingness to work in day or night shifts.
