Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service information.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert inbound inquiries into sales.
• Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Follow up with customers when required to support the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and customer support team.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work the assigned evening/night shift.
