Customer Sales Representative

Jupiter Ventures is a growing company operating multiple businesses and e-commerce websites across the US and Canada. As we continue to expand our team in Lahore, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join us.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a night shift
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
