Customer Sales Representative

JG Superstore is looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team! You’ll assist customers, recommend products, process sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience across our channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through ecommerce platforms, Facebook, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Process and take orders accurately through Facebook chats and other online channels.
• Assist walk-in customers and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for proper resolution.
• Monitor and follow up on customer orders, requests, and concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience at all times.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; relevant customer service, sales, or business-related courses are preferred.
• With experience in customer service, ecommerce, retail, or sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience handling Ecommerce Platform Chats.
• Experienced in FB Chats and Order Taking.
• Comfortable assisting Walk-in Customers and handling face-to-face inquiries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple customer concerns simultaneously.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Willing to work full-time and on-site at Greenhills, San Juan City.

6 Days/Week | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila
