Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for candidates who are either:

• Fresh graduates from universities, or
• Former IBEX employees with experience handling international customer sales and support.

Candidates must be fluent in English and comfortable handling professional inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
• Engage with clients and present products/services effectively
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales in the system
• Follow up with prospects to close deals efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to drive overall revenue growth

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English (mandatory)
• Target-oriented and performance-driven
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated
• Basic computer and CRM/data entry skills
• Previous sales or call center experience required

Job Details:

Location: DHA Phase 7 Extension, Karachi
Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 9-hour shifts
• Shift timings will be discussed during the interview.

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 150,000 per month
