What they need
We are excited to add one member to our customer service team. Your primary role will be to respond to inbound phone calls and messages from new and existing clients requesting service. Your goal will be to schedule those clients efficiently and accurately with our team of handymen. You will also be excepted to resolve simple mistakes and scheduling conflicts with clients. To note, you will not be asked to handle any upset customers as we have a service manager resolving bigger customer concerns.

$18 per hour with opportunity for quick raises upon contribution to the team.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
