Customer Sales Representative (CSR)

We are hiring Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing US sales team. As a CSR, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers, generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based at our Sanpada, Navi Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US customers inquiring about products and services
• Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with prospects
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• HSC or Graduate degree
• Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO (Sales preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable working in US night shift (fixed timing)
• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
• Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals
