Jacked Fitness Arena is a professional fitness and wellness facility committed to providing quality fitness, training, swimming, physiotherapy, and customer experiences. We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

Job Purpose

The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting members and potential clients, maintaining professional communication, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and face to face client effective communication.
• Making sales hence getting commissions on sales basis.
• Welcome and assist existing and potential members professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding gym memberships, packages, facilities, timings, and services.
• Follow up with potential customers and membership leads.
• Maintain and regularly update customer records and databases.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate matters when required.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Front Desk, Trainers, and Management teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely responses to customer messages and calls.
• Assist in improving customer retention and overall member satisfaction.
• Follow JFA's customer service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and submit required daily/weekly reports to the line manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Customer satisfaction and professional service delivery.
• Timely response to customer inquiries.
• Lead follow-up and conversion.
• Accurate customer records and reporting.
• Customer retention and engagement.
• Resolution of customer complaints within the required timeframe.
• Achievement of assigned sales/service targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
• Strong customer dealing and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Relevant customer service, sales, front desk, or fitness-industry experience will be preferred.
