About the role
Outbound Customer Sales Representative for My Derma Dream. This is a full-time, remote position based on US EST hours where you will be working in a fast-paced, performance-driven, commission-only environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make 170–200 outbound calls per day
- Sell products ranging from $300–$8,000
- Work 6 days per week, 10–12-hour workdays, including two 1-hour breaks and two 15-minute breaks
- Work exclusively with My Derma Dream
- Engage in upselling and customer retention activities
About you
- Strong experience in BPO, customer service, outbound sales, telesales, phone sales, appointment setting, upselling, or customer retention is highly preferred
- Comfortable with 100% commission-only compensation with no base salary or guaranteed monthly income
- Reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet, headset, webcam, and quiet workspace required
- Comfortable working US EST hours
