Customer Sales Support

I. ROLES

Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to the Sales Team, ensuring accurate sales documentation, smooth delivery coordination, timely after-sales assistance, and efficient handling of general sales-related administrative requirements.

II. ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. SALES- Documentation Support (Sales Order encoding and generation)

• Encode and generate Sales Orders accurately and timely.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, quotations, invoices, and order records.

2. DELIVERY COORDINATION

• Coordinate delivery schedules with Sales team, Warehouse, and Logistics.
• Monitor delivery status and update Sales team members are properly informed of delivery status.

3. AFTER- SALES SERVICES

• In coordination with concerned Key Accounts Specialist, assist with customer concerns, complaints, and service requests with the appropriate departments.
• Follow up on pending concerns, returns, replacements, or other after-sales requirements until resolution.

4. ADMIN SUPPORT

• Maintain and organize sales files, reports, and customer records.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Team, including monitoring of documents, and other sales-related tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
