What they need
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
* Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
* Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system.
* Set up meetings or appointments between potential customers and sales representatives.
* Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
* Provide daily and weekly reports on call activities and results.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is preferred.
* Proven call center job experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: Rs23,546.45 - Rs91,044.49 per month
Work Location: In person
