Customer Satisfaction

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Customer Satisfaction in our Aeronautics team.

As a Customer Satisfaction at B.E.S., you will work in a collaborative environment at an internationally renowned company in the aeronautics industry.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for handling customer complaints after delivery.
• You assist customers by proposing corrective actions.
• Determine responsibilities in the event of customer complaints.
• Assist the project’s quality assurance engineers in analyzing root causes and corrective actions, in collaboration with cross-functional teams , and then formulate suggestions for improvement .
• Participate in audits and evaluations conducted by customers.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering - equivalent in mechanics/aeronautics.
• You are junior and want to start a career in an industrial environment.
• You are ready to carry out missions at Customer sites.
• You are ready to learn using company standard.
• You are fluent in English.
