About the role

This role involves managing customer relationships and post-sale support in the rental property sector. You will communicate with customers to understand and resolve issues that may arise after sales or during rental periods, provide advice on property maintenance, and coordinate complaint resolution between tenants and landlords.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with customers to understand and resolve issues that may arise after sales or during rental periods
• Provide advice and recommendations on rental property maintenance
• Receive and coordinate resolution of complaints from tenants and landlords
• Monitor and track repairs or issues related to rental properties
• Work with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth post-sale service delivery
• Gather feedback from tenants for service development and improvement
• Analyze customer data and feedback to develop post-sale services

About you

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to solve problems and manage complaints
• Ability to work under pressure with high responsibility
• Computer skills and proficiency with office programs (such as Microsoft Office)
• Experience in customer service or post-sale management in the real estate industry
• English language communication ability
