About the role

We are actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Merchandising Executive to join our team. Backed by a stable and solid client base, this role primarily focuses on following up with existing clients, managing bilingual customer communications, and performing general administrative tasks. On-the-job training will be fully provided.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on the progress of existing clients, coordinate quotations, and handle general business communications
• Manage customer inquiries and provide support in both English and Chinese to maintain strong, long-term business relationships
• Perform daily office clerical duties, including bilingual data entry and document filing
• Assist the team with daily administrative operations and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

About you

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); capable of handling daily business communications in English
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and English/Chinese word processing
• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsible with excellent communication skills and a positive working attitude
