Customer Service Account Coordinator

Growing Distribution Company is hiring a dependable and efficient Account Coordinator to join our Customer Service team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Work with the Customer Service team and other departments within the company to provide streamlined and strategic delivery of products and services to our customers.
• Receiving and processing orders from our customers in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that orders are entered accurately and promptly into our system.
• Build trust with existing customers through quality customer service.
• Respond and resolve customer related issues and problems.
• Answering inbound calls and emails.
• Work closely with the sales team.
• Ensure compliance of company standards and procedures.

Skills:

• Exceptional customer service required via phone and email
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Expert in Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to multitask
• Accounting software experience (Sage/Peachtree Preferred)
• Multi-line phone system
• Basic math skills
• Professional Phone Etiquette
• Ability to work independently or with team
• Detail Oriented

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
