Customer Service Admin

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to customer inquiries on a timely basis.
2. Process orders and quotes using internal systems.
3. Resolve customers’ complaints and issues promptly, escalating where required.
4. Manage daily sales order processing, documentation, delivery planning and coordination with internal teams.
5. Monitor delivery schedules and follow-up on outstanding orders with internal teams.
6. Follow up with Purchasing team on outstanding goods.
7. Prepare daily invoices and delivery orders.
8. Update customers items’ delivery date.
9. To receive other job assignment directed by superior from time to time.

1. Proven experience in a customer service.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.
4. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
