Customer Service / Admin / Patient Service

• Manage daily clinic activities, including patient registration, appointment coordination, referrals, medication dispensing and payment collection.
• Provide friendly frontline support by assisting walk-in patients, handling phone enquiries and guiding patients through clinic procedures.
• Assist doctors and patients with language interpretation when required, while ensuring patient information is accurately recorded and kept confidential.
• Monitor medication inventory, maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment, and carry out routine checks to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Support administrative tasks such as compiling patient service data, processing medical reports and healthcare claims, and providing manpower support at other clinic locations when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification.
• Comfortable working in a role that requires prolonged standing.
• Well-organised, meticulous and attentive to details.
• Able to work confidently on your own and collaborate effectively with others.
