Due to company growth and expansion into new markets , we have new opportunities available in our CS and Internal Sales teams. We are focused on continual learning and being the best in the business and have market leading product ranges , software and systems. 

We currently have a newly created opportunity for a Customer Services / Admin Superstar, who will lead the way in supporting our external sales team , and continue to deliver great service and support to our customers and re-sellers nationwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers and sales team via phone and email with product solutions and technical enquiries

• Ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction

• Delivering customer centric solutions to our clients

• Identify continuous improvements in service, sales and process

• Assist with product quoting, customer order inputting , service support admin, other sales admin tasks.

• Assist with customer outreach marketing campaigns

• Standard hours of work between 7:30am and 5pm Monday- Friday

  Competencies required to be successful and progress in the role are :

• At least 5 years experience in customer facing role

• Solutions focused customer centric sales approach

  • Outgoing personality and great people skills
  • Willingness to help where and when needed
  • Good time management
  • A great team player and motivator, able to work with high energy sales people and different personality styles 
  • Good computer and communication skills, experience with Hubspot and Netsuite ERP is a plus.
  • Trades / mechanical experience and interest is useful for providing support to industrial equipment users and re-sellers, however full training and support will be provided by our great technical team
