Customer Service Administration

Our client, a leading sheet metal manufacturer based in Bells Creek in the sunshine coast, is looking for an experienced Customer service/Admin person to join their exciting and dynamic team! An Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required to be considered for this position

What will you do?

• Answer customer queries through phone calls and emails.
• Process orders from multiple channels (phone, email, website)
• Manage customer back orders
• Work closely with warehouse, production and sales team

What do you need?

• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sphere is preferred
• Desire to acquire new skills and understand business functions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
