Customer Service Administrator

This Customer Service Administrator will support SEA and AP.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Support on Customer Master setup.
• Manage on the customer’s Reagent rental Contract setup and maintenance.
• Managing on the allocation of inventory.
• Working together with CS to ensure the end to end processes are executed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Generate the monthly reports assigned
• Support in SAP testing and projects assigned
• Builds effective relationship with internal stakeholders
• Identify & address challenges, and work with team to identify resolutions
• Interfaces with sales, customer service/technical service and finance to ensure full SOX compliance in the region
• Any other sales administrative duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or relevant.
• At least 1 years of working experience preferably in Customer Service, business support or sales administrative roles.
• Strong English communication skill.  Ability to communicate with all internal stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner
• Well versed in IT skills eg. Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (SFDC), SAP
• Comfortable with Excel, SAP, SalesForce.com, Microsoft Project, and manipulating large databases
• Ability to define challenges, collect data, establish facts for analysis purpose
• Experience assessing compliance with company policies and SOP’s
• Must be detailed oriented
