What they need
We are looking for a customer service administrator to join our busy administration team in Morley, Leeds. The successful candidates will have a good work ethic, have good attention to detail and be willing to learn on the job. One of the roles will support the existing administration function which involves answering the telephone, speaking with customers, ordering and stock management. The main role will be to respond to customer queries ensuring that a strong customer experience is provided.
