Duties

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist customers with product questions, providing clear explanations and solutions
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions
• Processing customers orders via our inhouse system

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an energetic and friendly demeanor
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs effectively
