合同执行管理 Customer Service Administrator

工作职责:

• 对客户下发销售订单和订单的确认；

Issue sales orders and order confirmation to customers;

• 在收到预付定金后维护销售订单的执行；

Implement sales order after receiving the down payment;

• 安排客户提货；

Arrange customers pick up;

• 准备采购需求；

Prepare purchasing requirements;

• 在收到预付款后通知仓库准备交货；

Prepare delivery note to Warehouse after receiving the payment;

• 化解客户投诉；

Distribute customer service complaint;

• 完成物流部高级经理及供应链总监安排的其他工作。

Other tasks arranged by Sr. Logistic & CS Mgr and Director of Supply Chain Management.

任职条件:

• 大专以上学历，商务、物流或相关专业；

University Degree or above, major in Business, Logistics or other related majors;

• 2年以上采购、客户服务、订单管理或物料计划相关工作经验；

More than 2 years’ work experience in purchasing, customer service, order management or material planning;

• 注重细节，有耐心；良好的沟通能力；

Attention to details, patient and good at communication;

• 具有ERP系统经验，或相关系统经验；

Experience in ERP system or other related system;

• 有一定的英语能力，大学英语4级或同等水平。

Good at English, CET 4 or equivalent level.
