SUMMARY: A well-established company based in East Rand is seeking two experienced Customer Service Administrators. POSITION INFO: Minimum Requirements: Grade 12. Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing or a similar support role . Experience with customer accounts, quotations, sales orders, proof of payments, returns and credits is advantageous. Pastel experience is beneficial but not essential. Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans . Excellent communication, problem-solving and administration skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. A mature, professional and customer-focused approach. Duties: Manage customer queries from receipt through to resolution. Provide customers with regular updates and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Finance. Assist with returns, credits and complaint administration. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure SLA compliance. Escalate urgent matters where necessary and provide exceptional customer service. Support the Customer Service Manager with daily administrative functions and continuous process improvement.
