Customer Service Adviser

LAP47 Performance Studio is looking for a confident, sales-driven Automotive Sales Advisor who is passionate about premium and performance cars.

The primary responsibility is to handle incoming calls, respond to customer enquiries, follow up with potential customers over phone and WhatsApp, and convert enquiries into confirmed sales and service bookings. The role focuses on telephonic customer engagement and sales conversion for premium car servicing, body shop and painting services, and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries related to automotive services and spare parts.
• Contact prospective customers and follow up on existing leads to generate business.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant services, including vehicle servicing, body repairs, painting, and spare parts.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Explain service offerings, pricing, and quotations to customers over the phone.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers until conversion.
• Record calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions in the CRM or tracking system.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly call conversion and sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach while communicating with premium car owners.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent telephone communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales ability with a proven focus on lead conversion.
• Genuine passion for cars, particularly premium and performance automobiles.
• Basic knowledge of automotive servicing, body shop and paint services, and spare parts.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer relations, or automotive sales is preferred.
• Comfortable handling sales targets and persistent follow-ups.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
