Customer Service Advisor - CLARK (Onsite)

About the role

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. is seeking a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our team in our Pampanga Central Luzon (CLARK) office. In this full-time, onsite role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
• Provide feedback and recommendations to management to improve customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services

About you

• Candidates must have at least 6 months of call center experience.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
• Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
