Customer Service Advisor

As we continue to grow across Southeast Asia, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer support, handle customer inquiries and concerns, provide accurate product and service information, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution.

Job Descriptions

. Make cold calls to customers to promote chargeable after-sales services and repair packages.

. Handle customers' inquiries and follow up on service requests.

. Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

. Support after-sales growth through proactive customer engagement.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in business administration or any related field.
• Strong communication, customer-oriented, and persuasive skills.
• Result-driven with a positive attitude towards achieving targets.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales and customer service roles.
