Customer Service Advisor

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team, working across a variety of client campaigns and sectors.

It’s a people-focused role. You’ll be speaking directly with customers, representing different brands and making sure every interaction is professional, helpful and positive.

You don’t need years of customer service experience either. If you’re confident communicating with people, reliable and willing to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll:

• Speak with customers and answer questions
• Represent clients across different campaigns and sectors
• Provide clear information on products and services
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Support customer engagement and acquisition campaigns
• Work alongside the team to achieve campaign goals

What We’re Looking For

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales is useful, but not essential.

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who’s personable, communicates well and enjoys working with different people.
