Customer Service Advisor

Location: Liverpool
Pay: From £13.00 per hour plus performance bonuses
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Saturdays: Available if you want them
Start date: Immediate

We take customer service seriously, but we don’t do stiff or overly formal. We’re hiring a Customer Service Advisor who’s easy to talk to, listens properly and enjoys helping people get things sorted.

Our Liverpool team works across a mix of sales and marketing campaigns for different clients. It’s a great place to build customer service skills, learn how campaigns work and take on more responsibility as you settle in.

Your day-to-day:

• Helping customers with questions and requests
• Explaining products and services clearly
• Sorting straightforward issues or finding the right person to help
• Keeping customer details and records up to date
• Following up on enquiries when needed
• Working with the team to keep everything running smoothly
