Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team! Duties

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Greeting guests as they arrive and check them in via AMS
• Organizing paperwork in shop
• Maintaining workflow in shop
• Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
• Coordinating transportation services
• Delivering a high level of customer service
• Following up with customers regarding their experience and soliciting reviews

Skills

• 1+ years experience.
• Outstanding organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
• Previous experience in Automotive enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry tools, and basic troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
• Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player
• Must have valid driver's license

Pay: $20.00 - $30.02 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
