About the role

The Customer Service Advisor will focus on converting leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring accurate documentation and a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through online channels (chat, social media, calls)
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions
• Prepare quotations and close sales or service bookings
• Clearly explain services, pricing, and inclusions to customers
• Ensure accurate encoding of customer details, service requests, and transactions
• Maintain organized records of bookings and customer interactions
• Handle customer concerns and provide timely and professional responses
• Support daily sales and administrative tasks related to bookings

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate (college level is a plus)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or online handling is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Customer-oriented and results-driven
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable using messaging platforms and basic computer applications
