Do you thrive under pressure, enjoy solving problems, and know what great customer service looks like? Daimler Trucks Perth is looking for a resilient, driven Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

You’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, keeping communication clear, vehicles moving, and customers informed from start to finish.

This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role with plenty going on, so we’re looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, juggle competing priorities, and keep things moving when the workload ramps up.

Full-time, permanent role working from Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm with daily overtime available. Saturday roster 1 in 4 (half-day) with penalty rates applied.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for customers—welcoming them in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Listen to customer needs, provide honest advice, and coordinate service bookings and repairs efficiently.
• Keep customers informed at every stage with clear, proactive communication.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure services run smoothly and on schedule.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
