Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for confident, friendly and motivated individuals to join our Liverpool team as Customer Service Advisors.

In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, providing expert assistance, resolving inquiries efficiently, and fostering positive relationship. This is a customer-facing role working at promotional venues and locations across Liverpool.

Previous experience is not essential, as training and ongoing coaching are provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing clear and accurate information about the products and services available
• Answering customer questions and providing a positive customer experience
• Completing customer applications and sales accurately
• Working towards individual and team performance targets
• Maintaining professional standards when representing our company and clients
• Taking part in regular training and development sessions

Full initial training is provided, covering:

We offer both employed and self employed positions.

Pay: £2,200.00-£2,500.00 per month
