Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Sunrise Business Park, Thane, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office**

Qualification: HSC / Graduate in any discipline

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: Day Shifts Only

BPO Experience: Preferred

Role & Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and respond to emails.

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Deliver excellent customer service.

Meet defined KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong English communication skills.

Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Experience in voice, chat, or email support is preferred.

International call centre experience will be an added advantage.

Ability to work in rotational day shifts.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
