Win as a Team

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join Intact Insurance in
Gloucester. This opportunity will support the FarmWeb Underwriting team in a hybrid
basis.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Supporting customer journeys by guiding underwriting service solutions across

our commercial lines.

• Deliver efficient and effective solutions to ensure underwriters have all the

information required to focus on risk selection and good underwriting choices.

• Manage Brokers and Underwriters expectations, making it easier for customers

to do business with us.

• Handle calls, emails and administrative duties for a variety of office tasks such as

reporting, claims follow ups and more

Your skills and experience:

• Prior experience in a customer service role or a recent school leaver interested in

growing a career with a major insurance provider.

• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

• A sharp eye for detail.

• Prior exposure or knowledge of underwriting and/or agricultural business is

desirable but not essential.
