We are a busy Ford authorised repairer and multi-franchise service garage, providing servicing, MOTs, diagnostics and repairs for a wide range of vehicles. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in our workshop and front-of-house team.

The Role

We are looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to ensure a smooth and professional experience from booking to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and handling enquiries in person and over the phone
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and MOTs
• Liaising with technicians and workshop staff
• Providing updates to customers on vehicle progress
• Preparing invoices and processing payments
• Maintaining accurate job records on the system
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Previous customer service or service advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Positive, professional attitude
• Knowledge of the motor trade is an advantage but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,100.00-£305,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Service advisor: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
