• TSB Business Banking are looking for a Customer Service Advisor – Account opening specialist based in our Edinburgh office
• We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, collaboration and the use of digital tools to make banking simpler for our customers. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
• You will be part of a team providing excellent service to customers through the onboarding stages of their application, or supporting relationship management customers in their day to day transactions
• Providing day to day services such as onboarding new to bank business customers and supporting them via telephone lines
• Completing some administrative tasks such as mailboxes management, hybrid mailing and may include “Know Your Business” support
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience
• Identifying opportunities to improve how we support customers and enhance service delivery
