This is a customer-facing role where you'll speak with customers directly, understand their needs, answer questions and help them make informed decisions about products and services.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll:

• Speak with customers face-to-face and build rapport
• Understand customer needs and answer questions

Previous customer service experience can be useful, but isn't essential, as full training is provided.
