We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team at Star Platforms. You’ll be speaking with customers every day, helping them find the right solutions, answering questions and making sure they receive the best possible service.

No experience in powered access? No problem. We’ll provide full training and support.

What you’ll be doing

• Answering customer enquiries by phone and email
• Providing excellent service and support to new and existing customers
• Preparing quotations and processing bookings
• Building relationships with customers and understanding their requirements
• Working closely with the depot, transport and operations teams
• Following up on enquiries and keeping customers informed
• Updating customer information and job details on our systems
• Helping to ensure every customer receives a great experience
