Customer Service Advisor

A customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to manage commercial vehicle and EV service cases, coordinate workshop repairs, and provide timely support to customers and fleet operators.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and fleet operators regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, and breakdowns.
• Receive vehicles, understand complaints, and prepare job cards/work orders.
• Coordinate with technicians on vehicle diagnosis, repair, and testing.
• Provide repair quotations and obtain customer approval.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and estimated completion time.
• Coordinate parts availability and repair schedules with the Parts Department.
• Assist with breakdown, towing, and roadside service arrangements.
• Follow up on warranty claims and technical cases with the factory.
• Monitor vehicle downtime and ensure timely repair and delivery.
• Conduct final checks and coordinate vehicle handover.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer communication.

Requirements

• Service Advisor or automotive experience is an advantage, but candidates with strong customer service experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and EV technology is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Computer literate and able to maintain accurate records.
• Willing to learn automotive service procedures and EV technology.
