We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Glasgow team, helping customers understand their options, ask the right questions and find products or services that suit their needs.

This is a customer-facing role that brings together customer service, product advice and promotional sales. You'll be responsible for making conversations informative and approachable while helping the team attract new customers and achieve campaign objectives.

It's well suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes satisfaction in being helpful and wants to develop confidence in a commercial environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Your focus will be on providing clear, helpful advice and making sure customers feel comfortable with their decisions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Speaking with customers to understand their interests and requirements
• Explaining products, services and available promotional offers
• Answering questions clearly and addressing common concerns
• Comparing options and recommending suitable solutions
• Supporting customers who wish to make a purchase or sign up
• Maintaining a professional and positive customer experience
• Keeping up to date with product information and campaign updates
• Working with colleagues to achieve customer service and sales objectives

This is an entry-level opportunity, with training provided. Experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing work is welcome.

Training & Development

You'll learn about the products and services you represent, how to understand customer needs and how to guide conversations effectively.

Training will also cover customer relationship building, presenting offers, handling objections and supporting customer acquisition.

As you develop, you may have opportunities to take on further responsibilities in customer relations, senior sales support or team supervision.
