Fast growing tyre wholesaler & Continental distributor servicing the retail market with Tyre and Wheel needs, is looking for a driven Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales person to join our great team.

THE ROLE: This is a significant role as you will be on the front line, working directly and serving our existing client base. You will have excellent product knowledge (Tyres preferred) and be responsible to ensure the timely fullfillment of customer needs.

This role will suit someone who is absolutely customer focussed, a brand lover who has the ability to sell quality and solutions to a wide variety of fantastic customers.

This is a full-time permanent position for the right candidate. Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm and additional hours as required.

Key skills:

· Excellent Customer Service Skills

· Industry/Product knowledge (Tyres & Wheels) will be highly regarded

· Responding to phone, email, and in-person customer enquiries

· Provide product support with ability to solve basic issues faced by customers and advising customers on product solutions.

· Accurate order entry, purchase orders and data processing

· Providing sales and administration support for the external sales team

· Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up

· Build and develop customer relationships through strong customer service and a willingness to always exceed expectations.

· Reliable, trustworthy, honest and hard working

· Desire to be involved in sales projects and product management

OUR PROCESS:

You must:

· Have at least 2 contactable references

· Ability to pass pre-employment medical testing (including Drug Testing)

· Return a clear or satisfactory police report and driving record

· Honesty, reliability, capability and work ethic are most important
