Customer Service Advisor (English Speaker)

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive – Vendor Support to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for Food Delivery vendors. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving vendor enquiries, and contributing ideas to enhance the overall vendor experience.

Job Description:

• Handle vendor enquiries for both live orders and non-live order-related matters .
• Provide professional, timely, and high-quality customer service to vendors.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors while representing the Food Delivery brand .
• Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to address vendor concerns effectively.
• Contribute creative and practical ideas to enhance the overall experience for vendors, customers, and riders .
• Support the goal of becoming a one-stop contact centre for vendor-related enquiries and concerns.

Job Requirement:

• SPM / Diploma holders or above.
• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome
• Strong English & local language communication skills
• Good computer & Google Suite knowledge
• Typing speed 45 WPM with 95% accuracy
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends & public holidays (Replacement Leave provided)

This position requires B2-level English communication skills, with a RM4,000 basic salary and an expected joining date of 19th October 2026. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, with potential WFH opportunities based on performance and evaluation.
