Customer Service Advisor (Full-time)

5 Days | Operational Window: 9.30 AM - 9:30 PM (Day shifts only)- Thane

Role Synopsis

The Customer Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers,

addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to enhance

overall customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls and respond to mails

• Resolve customer queries efficiently

• Maintain records of interactions

• Ensure high Customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores

• Provide excellent customer service

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of service delivery

• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently

• Ability to meet call centre metrics such as quality, productivity, and turnaround time

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day shifts only)

• Strong English communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Experience & Educational Background

• Experience in International call centre is an added advantage

• Experience in voice, chat, or email support is preferred

• Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
