Role & responsibilities

Customer Support Advisor Voice

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Handle escalations and irate customers with patience and empathy.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow process guidelines and ensure a positive customer experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 Year in Voice/Customer Service/BPO.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Good listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling international customers preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
