Job Role Customer Support Advisor (Voice)

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
• Provide accurate solutions while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Handle difficult/irate customers with patience and empathy.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 year of experience in Voice/Customer Service/BPO.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• International voice process experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
